Eco-Tech: The "Second Life" Mission
You found the hidden link! This is the part of TapClickTech that lives outside of the business model. I believe that tech shouldn't have an expiration date just because a single component failed.
What We Do With "Dead" Tech
- Component Harvesting: If a board is truly beyond repair (cracked CPU or severe water damage), we don't toss it. We harvest original fuses, filters, and IC chips to save other consoles.
- Responsible Recycling: Any material that can’t be reused—like bloated lithium batteries or damaged plastic shells—is taken to certified e-waste facilities to keep heavy metals out of our soil.
- Refurbish & Donate: When possible, we combine salvaged parts to create working machines for donation to local schools or community centers.
Have a box of "junk" electronics or a console that's been gathering dust? Don't let it hit the landfill. If you're local, I'm happy to take it off your hands for parts or proper disposal.
